Born in Argentina, Walter has been involved in the family wine business since the late 1960's. Walter fell in love with tending the land of his family and began winemaking in the 1970's in Mendoza, Argentina. Patagonia Wine & Imports was established in 2006 to bring some of the world's best undiscovered wines to the United States. At Patagonia, Walter is responsible for selecting and bringing wines from all over the world. When he is not making wine, he spends time in Argentina, Spain, France and Italy looking for the next great wine to bring to the United States. Walter is the international expert that will guide you through a taste of his portfolio in perfect English. Enjoy a delicious pairing of Walter's French wines with four distinct cheeses from Wisconsin.
